HAHA Two in one day. c: In a helpful mood I guess.
So here are some bullet points for when drawing a face. I have different line colors because the bullet colors indicate that I'm talking about a certain line. c: Hope that makes sense. We'll start off with red though::

:bulletred: So I always start off with drawing a circle and then a triangle underneath, not a full triangle, but enough to get the chin but not to make the face look TOO long.
:bulletred: Always remember TO DRAW THE EARS. We don't have holes in the side of our face that allow us to hear. UNLESS the hair is covering the ear, please add them. <3
:bulletred: Necks. Are. Not. That. Long. I shortened her neck and curved it into her shoulders because females have naturally smaller frames than a man per say. And also, necks start where the eye ends. This is a good pointer to know so you don't have an EXTREMELY narrow neck!
:bulletred: The hairline isn't that far up on the forehead, UNLESS the person has a big forehead, which can happen.

:bulletpurple: Now I gave her some eyes, Manga-ish eyes. But you can have any style of eyes that you want. As long as you remember the "5 eye" rule. There's an eye in the middle and then an eye before the eye and of course, the two eyes that are in the front of our face!
:bulletpurple: The nose, Some people put a simple, small line to indicate that it is there.... I usually put a semi-oval and two long strokes at either side to indicate the nose. It truly does all depend on what style you're going for. Manga-ish or realistic or Avatar-ish, etc.
:bulletpurple: The lips are another 'your own style' thing. however I just did more like a woman's lips for this example. Because most likely, you'd draw the lip line, the bottom of the lip, and sometimes the top of the lip and color it however you like.

:bulletblue: For the hair, I simply just did ovals for the braids and made them look more 'hair like'. It's kind of difficult to do braids really. And to this day I still struggle with them. I suggest looking at a few braiding tutorials.
:bulletblue: And last but not least, for the clothing, since all you had was a line to indicate that she has some sort of top on, I gave her an 'off the shoulder' type shirt. And clothing tend to have a lot of wrinkles but people also have the tendency to over do the wrinkles. You'll most likely find the balance of wrinkles soon enough!

OH GOD. Done. Sorry but I hope this is helpful! @ A@
